  2. Indicate whether you are a Metrobank credit cardholder, Metrobank depositor, or not an existing Metrobank client.
  3. Input the referral code: BLX277.
  4. Fill in your personal details. Click Proceed.
  5. Choose whether you want to auto-fill the next section using your records from credit bureau or not. After this point, you will get an Online Reference Number. Copy and save.
