Yes, each card has its own income requirement listed in the individual card information above. The income requirement for BOC credit cards ranges from ₱120,000 to ₱1,200,000.

Online applications typically take 3-4 weeks to process. If documents are complete and you meet the eligibility criteria, approval may be faster. You’ll be notified via SMS or email once your card is approved and dispatched.

Currently, Bank of Commerce does not offer a card lock/unlock feature through its mobile app.

If you need to temporarily block your card, such as in cases of loss, theft, or suspicious transactions, you should immediately call the Bank of Commerce hotline at (02) 8-632-2265 to request a card lock. A customer service representative can assist you in securing your account and advise on next steps, including replacement if needed.

For security reasons, always report issues as soon as possible to prevent unauthorized transactions.

Yes! You may apply for supplementary cards and set spending limits for each card to control usage and monitor expenses. Apply by filling out the Supplementary Credit Card Application Form and submitting it to cardsales@bankcom.com.ph.

Bank of Commerce does not typically provide a tracking number for credit card deliveries.

Cards are usually delivered via LBC Express, and delivery generally takes around 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.

If your card hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, you can contact the Bank of Commerce hotline to check the status of your delivery.

You can activate your Bank of Commerce credit card by enrolling it in the BankCom [Personal] online banking platform or mobile app.

For new users, download the app or go online, select “Enroll Now”, choose “Card Enrollment,” and enter your card details. You’ll receive a code via SMS to complete the process and activate your account.

If you already have a BankCom account, simply log in and add your credit card under “Enroll Own Account” or “Add/Edit/Delete Own Account/Card.”

Once enrolled and verified, your card is activated and ready to use.

The Get Cash Program is a credit-to-cash facility that lets you convert your available credit limit into cash and repay it in fixed monthly installments.

Eligible cardholders (with accounts in good standing for at least 12 months) can avail of cash starting from ₱3,000, with terms of 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. The program uses a 1% monthly add-on rate, with effective annual interest of around 20%–21% depending on the term

You can apply by visiting a Bank of Commerce branch or calling their customer service hotline. Once approved, funds are released either the same day (branch application) or within a few banking days.

A ₱200 processing fee applies, and the transaction does not earn rewards points. If you choose to pre-terminate, a ₱1,000 fee will be charged along with the remaining balance.
