9. What is Cash2Go, and how do I use it?
Cash2Go is a convenient service offered by Metrobank that allows cardholders to withdraw cash from their credit card account without using an ATM card. It’s a quick way to access funds directly from your credit line.

10. What is the difference between Cash2Go and cash advance?
A cash advance lets you withdraw cash from your Metrobank credit card using an ATM or branch, but it comes with higher fees and interest that starts accruing immediately.
Cash2Go, by contrast, is a cardless service that allows you to access your credit line through the Metrobank App or hotline, with lower interest rates and flexible repayment terms.
While Cash2Go is generally cheaper than a traditional cash advance, it’s not immediately available to all cardholders, as it’s offered on a per-offer basis and applications are subject to approval.
