1. How do I convert or redeem my Infinite Rewards?

You can redeem your rewards through:

Only the principal cardholder can convert and redeem rewards, and the minimum redeemable amount is ₱500. Be sure to check your rewards balance before initiating the process.

2. Is there a minimum income requirement?

The card is by invitation only, offered to qualified EastWest Priority Banking clients. You need a minimum of ₱2.5 million in investable assets with EastWest with at least a 0.75% fee and a strong credit history. It’s not open to public application.

3. Is the EastWest Priority Visa Infinite a NAFFL (No Annual Fee For Life) card?

Yes, this card offers a perpetual fee waiver for both principal and supplementary cardholders.

4. Can I request a supplementary card?

Yes! You can apply for up to 9 supplementary cards with assigned monthly sub-limits for each card. It’s a great way to manage family budgets or earn more rewards together.
