You can easily monitor and redeem your BPI Rewards points through the Vybe app. Download the app if you don’t have it yet. Log in and click BPI Rewards to see the list of deals available. You can sort them from the highest to lowest point requirement or vice versa. Similarly, you can filter the list to only show the deals that you can redeem with your current points.
2. Do BPI Points expire?
No, BPI Rewards points do not expire as long as there are any transactions (addition or use of points) within 60 months.
3. Is there a minimum income requirement to apply for a BPI credit card?
Yes, each card has its own income requirement listed in the individual card information above. The income requirement for BPI credit cards ranges from ₱180,000 to ₱1,200,000.
4. How long does the application process take?
Online applications typically take 7 to 15 banking days to process. If documents are complete and you meet the eligibility criteria, approval may be faster. You’ll be notified via SMS or email once your card is approved and dispatched.
5. How to lock/unlock your BPI credit card?
When not in use, it is best to keep your BPI credit card locked. To do this, open your BPI mobile banking app, click More in the lower right corner, and look for Card Control.
Click Settings under your credit card account. There, you can see the Temporary Block Card action. Be careful not to use the Permanently Block Card button because that will deactivate your card, and you will need to order a new one.
Follow the same steps to unlock your card.
6. Can I request a supplementary card?
Yes! You may apply for up to six supplementary cards for your family members. You can set spending limits for each card to control usage and monitor expenses. Apply via the BPI app or at any branch.
7. How do I track my BPI credit card delivery?
After approval, your credit card will be delivered via a partner courier within 7 to 10 banking days (Metro Manila) or longer for provincial addresses. You may contact BPI Customer Service at (+632) 889-10000 to request tracking details or escalate delays.
8. How do I activate or deactivate my BPI credit card?
You can activate your BPI credit card real-time by logging into your BPI mobile banking app. You may also call BPI Help & Support to request card activation. These options are applicable to cardholders with existing BPI online accounts.
If you don’t have a BPI online account yet, you can activate your BPI credit card using SMS instead. Simply send BPIACT<space>Last 10 digits of the card to 22565060. Card activation via SMS can take up to 2 days. Make sure to use your registered mobile number to avoid delay.

9. What is BPI’s Special Installment Plan (S.I.P.)?
The S.I.P. allows you to transfer your other credit card balance to your BPI card, use your credit limit as cash, or convert straight purchases into monthly installments at low interest rates or even 0% with partner merchants.
